How we work
- Careful diagnostics first. Guessing wastes your money. We find out what is actually wrong before quoting a repair.
- Plain explanations. You will get a description of the problem you can actually follow, not a wall of jargon.
- Approval before any added work. If the job changes, we contact you first.
- Respect for your data. We access only what the repair requires.
- Honest repair-versus-replace advice. If a machine is not worth fixing, we will say so, even though it costs us the job.
